Nikunj Shah founded Datum Recruitment Services in 2009 with a specific focus on Africa — his thesis was straightforward: Africa's growth was accelerating, demand for experienced leadership was growing, and the recruitment industry was failing to serve that demand with the depth it required.
Over 15 years, we have expanded our coverage, our services and our team — now with consultants based in India, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Vietnam, Singapore and UAE. We have worked with 400+ client organisations across 25+ countries and completed 800+ placements.
